Friday!

Today we wrapped up talking about "People Who Keep us Healthy". We talked about making good choices to keep our teeth healthy by looking at a picture card and giving it a thumbs up or thumbs down. It actually surprised me that the children knew to give the cookies, candy, and cupcakes a thumbs down. They taste good, but too much sugar! As promised, we made another batch of orange playdough

Gracie made a structure to put the animals in from the block center. She was soooo proud :)

While playing with the animals, we discovered they make roaring and growling animal noises! I had no idea they did!

Outside, Bekah said "Take my picture Miss Beth!" Today we played frisbee again!

Monday is Halloween, and we will have a fun day at school! Lots of Halloween treats throught the day and special activities and crafts. We will "party" all day long! Feel free to join us during our free play time at 10:15 or so to come play, read a book, or help with one of our crafts! Also, Friday will be picture day! No money necessary, just come dressed and ready to smile for the camera! The background will be a fall theme, for those of you who wish to color coordinate! HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND!
