This week our class has been a little bit "lean", as we have had two friends out all week with flu, and one more out due to allergies and a nasty cough. I am so very hopeful that next week we will all ten be back together again.
This week we learned about hibernating animals and what animals do in the winter.
This was our yummy lunch on Monday!
Monday night some of us attended a concert at the community building. My good friends, Debbie and Randy Mays, are the Kiddos, a children's musical group. We had a great time singing and dancing and being silly. Thanks to my friends who joined in the fun!

One of our friends had a boo-boo, but we discovered all the letters on the ice pack! I love that the learning that continues in any situation.
We had a new math puzzle out this week-count the objects and match them to the correct number.
We worked together on a firetruck puzzle
And celebrated when we finished it! We also had a large dump truck puzzle out this week as well.

and look how proud he is after being responsible and cleaning and organizing the block shelf. He was so eager to show me what he had done!
We made puffy polar bears with shaving cream mixed with glue

Worms! Ugh!!!! We love to dig up worms after the rain.

Friday we got to prepare our own lunch...english muffin pizzas. Yummy!
